Kellyann Everly is an Associate at Loke Walsh Immigration Law, PC. She represents clients in a wide array of practice areas in both employment-based and family-based immigration. Kellyann’s current practice focuses on E-1 and E-2 Treaty Trader and Investor Visas as well as O-1 and H-1B visa petitions.
Kellyann graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University with a B. A. in German and Political Science and a Certificate in International Studies. Kellyann attended law school at the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Kellyann was both a published writer and an editor for the Law Review.
Before moving to Los Angeles and focusing her career on immigration law, Kellyann served as a law clerk in Pennsylvania.
Kellyann is a member of AILA and admitted to practice law in California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania (currently inactive), and Ohio (currently inactive).
